Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the OnPremiseAgent platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

To use OnPremiseAgent, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

OnPremiseAgent is a platform that enables enterprises to deploy, manage, and monitor AI agents on their own infrastructure. Our services include:

• Agent deployment and lifecycle management tools
• Real-time monitoring and performance dashboards
• An agent marketplace with pre-built templates
• Team management with role-based access control
• API access for programmatic agent management
• Integration connectors for enterprise systems

The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use OnPremiseAgent to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Deploy agents that generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

OnPremiseAgent offers three subscription tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice

The OnPremiseAgent platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the exclusive property of Hunter BI SARL and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, configurations, and AI models that you deploy on your infrastructure using OnPremiseAgent. We claim no ownership or rights over your data.

Feedback: If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our products and services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunter BI SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment method fails and is not resolved
• We reasonably believe your account has been compromised
• Required by law or regulation

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data exported before termination remains yours. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination unless retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
